The best answer to custom service is solid construction with long manufacture warranty, quality products which is always the Corinthian goal. A few examples of long manufacture warranty products we use are:

• Bosch and Thermador appliances which have the most comprehensive warranties in the industry;
• composite deck material by Weyrehaeuser with at 50 year warranty vs. Trecks with 10 years;
• Amana air conditioning systems have warranty componenets as long as lifetime
• life time warranty Jeld Win vinyl windows, and
• "fiber carbon" exterior doors which are much stronger and are both rot and warp resistant compared to typical metal or wood doors

Yet, when things do need correcting, just let us know. We will manage our sub contractor trades or put in directly in contact with them as seems appropriate at the time. You may wish to contact the manufactures of some products directly to save intermediate steps.

While you might know that warranty service is difficult for even the very best builders, our commitment is, we will be responsive now and manage the sometimes complex and sticky issues to comply fully with are warranty.

Written Customer Service Request

Verbal communication can be confusing. We do request that all warranty service be in writing directed to the central office. To save confusion, none of our field construction or marketing personnel are empowered to receive warranty request or make commitments. We ask you to complete the below form and it will be emailed to us. Or, print the form and fax it to our central office. You will receive a phone call the next business day. If for some reason you do not get a call the next business day, call our central office and ask for either the Manager of Purchasing or the President.

One Time Touch Up

Apart from normal warranty issues, we provide a One Time Touch Up free at the time of your choosing.

While this is not intended to include normal living ware and tear, it does include nail pops, molding separating, grout cracks, plumbing adjustment, paint flaws, and similar items.

We suggest that you request your One Time Touch Up toward the end of your one year warranty so your home has had time to cure through natural cycle seasonal changes.
