Manager
The Construction manager
is a demanding and rewarding position overseeing construction building
schedule and supervision of vendors for high-end new home construction.
1 - 4+ years experience in construction management required. Experience
with a local builder preferred. Degree preferred.
Sales
Consultant
Opportunities are available
for highly motivated and energized team members to sell single family
residential homes in the Clear Lake area. A proven performer with a
strong desire to succeed and exceptional organizational skills is needed.
Responsible for the sales process and administrative tasks related to
sales, closings, and daily operations of the sales office. Minimum of
2 years new home sales experience needed.
